A company is looking for a Customer Experience
Manager-Education.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Portfolio Management: Collaborate with Account Managers to
ensure high customer satisfaction and engagement
1:1 Customer Training and Support: Provide technical and
pedagogical assistance to instructors for effective tool
implementation
Content Creation and Training: Contribute to pedagogical content
creation and facilitate training sessions
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in higher education or ed-tech
Experience in customer-facing roles or instructional
development
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and ed-tech tools
Ability to analyze and interpret data for customer insights
Advanced degree preferred
