Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. A special education teaching position is available for
a dedicated professional to support PreK-4 students in an inclusive
school setting. This full-time role requires a Connecticut Special
Education (SPED) license and offers a contract from ASAP through
the end of the school year. The position is based in New Britain,
CT, and focuses on delivering tailored educational support to meet
the diverse needs of young learners. Responsibilities: Develop and
implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students
with special needs Collaborate with general education teachers,
staff, and families to create inclusive learning environments
Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies
accordingly Maintain accurate records and documentation related to
student performance and compliance with state regulations
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall
educational goals of the school Qualifications: Valid Connecticut
Special Education (SPED) teaching license Experience working with
early childhood and elementary-grade students (PreK-4) Strong
knowledge of special education laws, procedures, and best practices
Ability to create engaging, differentiated lessons for diverse
learners Excellent communication and teamwork skills Location: New
