children. This job posting is specifically for our Zeta South Bronx
Middle School, located at 425 Westchester Ave. We are hiring Middle
School Teachers for an immediate start; eligible candidates may
receive a $5,000 signing bonus. Deliver powerful results To achieve
our vision, we are searching for Middle School History Teachers
with a Bachelor's degree and at least 1-2 years of lead teaching
experience (NY certification preferred), with a proven record of
propelling extraordinary student growth. Responsibilities: Plan
inquiry-driven, academically rigorous History lessons that spark
curiosity, deepen understanding, and empower all students to engage
meaningfully with learning. Build a vibrant, inclusive classroom
culture that nurtures a genuine love of learning and strengthens
the sense of community among students and families. Internalize and
deeply master Zeta's academic and social-emotional curriculum ,
developing the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional
instruction each day. Champion Zeta's ambitious academic goals
—including ensuring that 90% of students achieve on or above grade
level in History —and work relentlessly to help every student reach
those outcomes. Utilize data, student work, and research-based
resources to drive student achievement and continuously refine your
teaching practice. Develop strong, authentic relationships with

available for an immediate start, with onboarding offered on a
rolling basis. The salary range for this position is between
$63,000 and $114,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the
organization at a salary closer to the beginning of the range,
depending on relevant experience, certification status, and
internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales. How
