This role is responsible for leading the definition, delivery, and evolution of measurement solutions that enable analytics, experimentation, content performance insights, and executive reporting. The Sr Product Manager acts as the primary product owner for their scope, accountable for outcomes - not just execution. Define Measurement Strategy and Approach: Drive measurement strategy for assigned products or initiatives, including defining KPIs, success metrics, event requirements, and reporting approaches. Champion Data Quality, Consistency, and Trust: Proactively identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and quality risks across first- and third-party measurement tools. Drive resolution through improved requirements, validation, platform configuration, and cross-team coordination to ensure stakeholders can rely on the data. Partner Closely with Engineering and Analytics: Serve as a close partner to Product Engineering, Data Engineering, Analytics, and QA teams, ensuring instrumentation is implemented correctly, validated rigorously, and aligned with analytics consumption needs. Use Data to Drive Measurement Improvements: Analyze usage, adoption, and effectiveness of measurement solutions to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Use data and insights to refine instrumentation approaches and improve reporting value over time. Improve Instrumentation Practices and Processes: Identify opportunities to streamline instrumentation workflows, improve documentation, enhance validation processes, and raise overall efficiency and consistency of data delivery.
