Our engineers are creative problem-solvers who have put together a
growing library of over 500 datasets and continue to build out the
cloud data platform that delivers this data to customers in a
robust manner.
Our engineers are also hands-on-keyboard leaders who advise and
consult with our customers on data strategy and work with them to
unlock the value of their data with cloud data pipelines and
infrastructure.
Analytics Engineers at Rearc have experience telling stories
through data and data modeling. They serve as data Subject Matter
Experts (SMEs) within our consulting organization focused on EDA,
data modeling, data visualization, and have some interest in either
Data Engineering or Machine Learning. They work directly with our
customers' teams to transform, derive value from, and work with
data at scale.
What you'll do...
Your first few weeks at Rearc will be spent in an immersive
learning environment where our team will work with you to design a
custom learning path for you to follow until you begin your first
engagement.
Our engineers typically work on teams of two to three Rearc
engineers. Our engagements can last anywhere from a couple of
months to longer than a year depending on our customers' needs.
