My client is a well-known, international leader in media and technology and they are staffing in their unique startup incubator that cultivates growing tech companies in the region. They are currently looking for a mid-level Dev Ops Engineer to join the team. This is an unbelievable opportunity to work with a variety of the brightest talent and most creative technology products being engineered today. Qualified candidates should have at least 2+ years of experience with Linux, AWS (or Google Cloud, Azure, etc.), containerization (Docker), deployment automation (Kubernetes), continuous integration and deployment (Jenkins), Redis, Heroku, etc., as well as experience with a confirguration management solution like Salt, Puppet, Ansible, Chef, etc. and monitoring tools. Applicants must have solid knowledge of the software development and release cycle. BSCS or equivalent required. The Dev Ops Engineer will work as a member of the team managing the build and release cycle, continuous integration and deployment, tooling and systems administration. You will participate in the standardization, consolidation and optimization of the deployment methodology. Excellent organizational and communication skills are a must, as is a curiosity for learning new technologies. You thrive on learning new techologies and can handle multiple projects simultaneously.
