• Continued trainingAnd more!Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Energy Modeler to join our dynamic team in the Consulting Engineering industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain energy models for buildings using various software programs such as EnergyPlus, HAP, and Trace 700
  • Perform energy calculations, including lighting, HVAC, and envelope systems
  • Conduct energy code compliance analysis using COMCheck and CA Title 24
  • Manage LEED projects and ensure compliance with LEED requirements
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that building designs meet energy efficiency goals
  • Perform energy audits and recommend energy conservation measures
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including energy models, reports, and compliance documentation
  • Provide technical support to project teams and clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in energy modeling and sustainabilityQualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in energy modeling and analysis
    • Experience in LEED, Energy Calculations, COMCheck, CA Title 24, Title 24 Energy, ASHRAE, EnergyPlus, HAP, Trace 700, Trace 3D Plus, BD+C, ID+C, ABET, AutoCAD, and MEP
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
