Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Grow and develop a team of Engineering Managers
Set goals and direction for the team
Lead the recruiting process and onboarding strategy
Required Qualifications:
7-10 years of engineering experience, with 5+ years of people
management
Experience managing platform/infrastructure teams in engineering
orgs over 100 engineers
Ability to coach and mentor individuals of different seniority
levels
Clear and engaging communication style
Passion for improving the experience of therapy and simplifying
access to care
