identify qualitied Project Engineers for a full time role. Please
review the job description and apply now. The Project Engineer
plays a key role in supporting engineering operations by combining
technical expertise with project leadership. This is a hands-on
role that ensures engineering projects meet technical
specifications, timelines, and cost objectives while maintaining
safety and quality standards. The Project Engineer serves as a key
point of contact, coordinating efforts between design,
manufacturing, and other functional areas to drive successful
project execution. Responsibilities: • Assist in the design,
development, and implementation of engineering projects. •
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet
technical, cost, and schedule requirements. • Support manufacturing
and production teams by providing engineering guidance and
troubleshooting issues. • Ensure compliance with safety protocols,
quality standards, and engineering best practices. • Help
coordinate workflow to meet project milestones and customer
requirements. • Participate in the testing and validation of
engineering designs and process improvements. • Assist in training
and onboarding team members on technical processes and
project-related tasks. • Monitor project conditions and notify
management of any risks, delays, or necessary adjustments. •
Support and participate in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous
improvement initiatives. • Maintain open communication with the
Vice President of Engineering and other departments to support
seamless project execution. • Lead by example in professionalism,
problem-solving, and technical excellence. • Perform other duties
as assigned in support of engineering and production objectives.
Skills and Qualifications : BSEE required 2–4 years of experience
in an engineering or manufacturing environment required.
Demonstrated ability to manage and support technical projects.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing
processes, and quality standards. Effective communication and
problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical
drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
Proficiency in CAD software, project management tools, and
Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform
hands-on tasks as needed. Proven experience in a Stamping
