About the Position: Hiring a Project Manager, responsible for
managing personnel and large-scale mechanical projects and clients.
This role will be empowered to grow within the company and be
afforded the resources and opportunities to expand. Including but
not limited to diversification of project scope, size, and type as
well as the introduction of cutting-edge mechanical construction
methodologies and technologies. Requirements: 4 years of prior
Project Manager experience with a commercial mechanical
subcontractor. Broad understanding of all types of Mechanical
systems such as: VRF, Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, primary
and secondary piping, HVAC ductwork, RTU, AHU, VAV’s. In-depth
knowledge of codes, and regulations.
