involves: This mobile HVAC Mechanic position focuses on operating,
inspecting, and maintaining all HVAC, mechanical, electrical,
plumbing, and production equipment across assigned facilities.
You'll work to achieve optimal efficiency, safety, and equipment
longevity while minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance
and repairs. The role requires technical expertise in at least one
craft area (Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, Central Utility
Plant Operations, or Material Handling Equipment) with
multi-skilled capabilities in others to successfully complete daily
work assignments and respond to facility needs. Your day-to-day
tasks will include: Performing ongoing preventive maintenance and
responding to repair work orders on facility mechanical,
electrical, and installed systems Maintaining, operating, and
repairing HVAC systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing
systems, building interiors/exteriors, and production equipment
Operating building automation systems, fire/life safety systems,
and other building-related equipment Conducting facility
inspections and due diligence reporting on conditions that impact
client occupancy and operations Recording equipment readings and
making necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation Responding
to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Managing
daily work orders through the Corrigo work order system Assisting
the site Facility Management team during emergency situations
including fire alarms, chemical spills, and hazardous conditions
Maintaining a clean and safe workplace while enforcing safety
rules, behaviors, and compliance with all applicable government and
regulatory requirements Desired experience and technical skills:
You should demonstrate thorough knowledge of building systems to
control operating costs (especially energy) while meeting customer
requirements. Strong aptitude for or practical experience with
thermodynamic, electrical, and mechanical systems is essential,
along with familiarity with computer-controlled equipment. The
ability to perform all work using proper personal protective
equipment (PPE) and strict adherence to safety policies,
procedures, and practices is required. Requirements: High school
diploma or state equivalent Minimum of two years of college or
related trade schooling Minimum of four years' experience in
electrician trade or related field OR minimum of four years'
experience in HVAC/refrigeration trade or related field Valid U.S.
driver's license with a clean driving record and commitment to
defensive driving practices Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs and
perform frequent walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, stooping,
and overhead work Capability to climb stairs, navigate rooftops,
use ladders up to 30 ft, and work from heights Ability to climb a
ladder with 300-lb weight limit while carrying approximately 20 lbs
of tools Availability for call-in work and extended driving periods
Preferred: Relevant certifications and licenses in HVAC,
electrical, or related mechanical trades This position does not
provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in
the United States without sponsorship. Estimated compensation for
this position: 108,160.00 – 116,480.00 USD per year This range is
an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation
packages are determined by various considerations including but not
limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions,
