Role Overview As a Systems Integration & Test Engineer, you will plan and execute testing for complex systems and subsystems. You’ll turn technical requirements into practical test approaches, work hands-on with hardware, and help ensure systems perform as expected—from early integration through final validation. Why LM • Work on high-impact programs with real-world outcomes • Access to advanced tools, labs, and technologies • Opportunities to grow technical depth and broaden system-level experience • Collaborative culture focused on solving complex engineering challenges Candidates must meet all of the following: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field such as Electrical and Computer Engineering • Hands-on experience with system or subsystem testing • Experience using radio frequency (RF) test equipment and hardware • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required) • Willingness to support testing needs that may include extended hours or alternate shifts These are not required but will strengthen your application: • 1–2 years of related professional experience • Certified Test Conductor (CTC) or similar certification • Experience with test automation or integration of lab, ground, or flight hardware • Knowledge of RF components (e.g., antennas, receivers, amplifiers) • Experience integrating or troubleshooting commercial or government off-the-shelf components (COTS/GOTS) • Familiarity with test instrumentation, data collection, and control systems • Background in aerospace, defense, or similar system-level testing environments • Comfortable working in collaborative teams and adapting to changing priorities • Ability to travel occasionally, if needed Lockheed Martin is an equal opportunity employer. Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,400 - $129,260. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
