The team at B&W is seeking a dynamic client services leader who can be a champion of great creative work, deliver innovative thinking, troubleshoot client and team issues, oversee the financial health of accounts, and be a mentor and role model internally while supporting our mission and values.
Responsibilities Include:
Strategic Leadership:

• Understand key problems & marketing goals of clients in order to shape agency creative & strategic output and identify areas of growth
  Client Relationships:
  • Develop close relationships client side, including critical senior decision makers
  • Represent agency POV and "voice" with client team
    Team Leadership:
    • Establish clarity & focus for the cross-functional team at all times
    • Drive progress on team/agency efforts, as well as individual impact
    • Provide overall mentorship (support, guidance & counsel) to team, inclusive of Account Supervisors, Account Executives (and junior team members of other departments)
    • Keep Management informed of the status of group's accounts, problems, plans and meetings, as well as involving senior management at key times
      Operational Leadership:
      • Proactively anticipate needs on upcoming projects, SOW, resources, agency issues
      • Closely mind the profitability of accounts
      • Be knowledgeable about and accountable for all account activity across disciplines, including things expected and unexpected
        About You:
        • 7+ years of experience at creatively-led agencies
        • Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, CPG a plus
        • Empathetic, entrepreneurial, passionate, creative problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
        • US citizen or permanent resident
