Role/Department Description:The Digital group is spearheading a strategic set of investments to accelerate FactSet's competitive positioning to be a leader in Open platforms, facilitating client adoption of products and services in a frictionless, personalized and scalable way.This role will join a small SWAT team focused on ensuring the Digital Strategy objectives are achieved in terms of product and technology delivery, milestones and outcomes. The job will focus on providing mark-2-market updates on the plan; ensuring key dependencies and risks are understood; and facilitating transparency and resolution of issues as they arise.The Digital Program Manager works directly for the Head of Digital and with the Product & Engineering leads in the Strategic Business Units (SBUs) including Wealth, Research, Analytics & Trading and CTS and across the enterprise in Product, Content & Technology (PCT).Key operational responsibilities include project portfolio management, key performance indicator (KPI) monitoring, resourcing, and financial reporting. As a leader of the Digital team, this role is focused on the top strategic digital initiatives, including: APIs, Actionable Insights, Advisor Dashboard, Personalization, UX, Lead to Cash, Client Self Service, Usage, Modern Data Layer and Cloud Adoption.Direct responsibilities include:Curate updates and milestone additions to the high level Digital Product RoadmapLead regular stakeholder reviews of key strategic initiatives to highlight progress, risks, issues, and concernsMeasure, monitor, and report progress of strategies, initiatives, programs, and key projects to ensure that strategic targets are metAssist with cross-functional project meetings and foster teamwork; drive escalation and resolution of issuesMonitor organizational resource demand and capacity, highlighting areas of concernCoordinate multiple, interconnected projects to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with overall SBU & PCT objectivesHelp Head of Digital manage various areas of the Digital budget: establish toll-gates and help financial reportingHelp align SBU and PCT resources to achieve outcomesCollaborate with ES to create dashboards to track KPIsDesired Skills/Background:Knowledge of digital concepts, capabilities, strategies and willingness to become a subject matter expert requiredBackground in Project ManagementProven ability to assist product teams execute projects and programsExperience creating management level reportingAbility to make decisions independently and to assume higher-level leadership responsibilities in critical situationsEffective consultative and influencing approachDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate and work with cross-functional teamsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levelsAn ability to recognize change and adapt accordinglyAbility to manage complexity and build trust and credibility with senior leaders and key stakeholdersAbility to walk the fine line between assertiveness and diplomacy in challenging situationsQualificationsBachelor's degree required, computer science preferred or relevant technology understanding and expertiseStrong understanding of client workflows and the FactSet product suitePrior experience working closely with Product Development and Engineering teams, a plusExceptional collaboration, organizational & communication skillsDetail-oriented with ability to see the big pictureMinimum of 7-10 years of experience with strong performance historyWorking knowledge of different project management systemsLeadership PhilosophiesThe successful candidate will exemplify the essential leadership behaviors that FactSet has identified as critical to our future growth and corporate culture:Operates with Enterprise MindsetLeads with Courage and DecisivenessIs and Outside-in, Market-Focused Innovation LeaderDemonstrates a Strategic/Tactical BalanceBuilds Collaborative and Trusting RelationshipsEmbraces and Drives ChangeLeads a High-Performing Business UnitTo find out more about opportunities at FactSet, visit us,, contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
