The successful candidate is responsible for leading the acquisition
and retention team within the Commercial Member Marketing
Organization demonstrating the ability to: Develop and execute
omni-channel experience strategies in member marketing for Open
Enrollment to acquire and retain group members. Lead the
organization in the identification and deployment of innovative,
forward-thinking marketing experiences that drive measurable value.
Partner with select accounts to provide consultation for best
marketing experiences across journeys and channels that drive
value, engagement, retention, and acquisition. Proven leadership,
passion for customer satisfaction, an influential personality, the
ability to embrace and lead change, and a deep commitment to
collaboration and inclusion fuel success in this opportunity. The
candidate must have a working knowledge of marketing technology,
performance marketing, SEO, and content management. Demonstrable
experience is required in omni-channel marketing planning by cost
and value, activating insights and data, directing with an
analytical and data-driven mindset, thought leadership, and people
leadership. This role---s primary duties include, but are not
limited to: Uses customer data and market information to
proactively identify and assess business opportunities to create
customer growth, retention, engagement, and satisfaction. Directs
operations of functional marketing areas that may include direct
marketing, product development, agency management, marketing
research, marketing events, and marketing communications.
Formulates and oversees short- and long-term omni-channel marketing
strategies and tactics to grow and retain profitable membership.
Performs industry and competitive analysis, market sizing and
segmentation analysis, customer value proposition analysis, and
customer experience analysis. Identifies strategic priorities,
collaborates with business partners to prioritize and execute on
the strategic plan, and evaluates performance to measure results.
Develops and implements metrics to report and monitor progress
against goals. Recommends changes and adjustments to market
strategies to increase program effectiveness. Hires, trains,
coaches, counsels, and evaluates the performance of direct reports.
Qualifications Requires a BA/BS degree; 8 - 10 years of
professional/leadership experience; or any combination of education
and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Proven Omni channel experience, preferred. Managed Health care
experience helpful. Excellent analytical, negotiation and
presentation abilities required. Excellent managerial and change
