The Supply Chain Demand Planning Manager will own the strategy and execution of building sales channel-specific demand plans, focusing on both supply levels and inventory allocation. This position will play a key role in ensuring effective communication between departments to deeply understand multiple factors driving sales and consumption. The Supply Chain Demand Planning Manager will assist in the strategic planning and the implementation of systems and processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the company. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-- Develop supply plans to execute procurement strategies while communicating to internal teams and external partners Build and maintain detailed channel forecasts across all products, packaging and ingredients Maintain appropriate inventory levels across a nationwide network of warehouses and storefronts Work closely with suppliers and co-manufacturers to ensure proper lead times and communication for future needs through forecast and purchase order submissions Forecast all seasonal and core SKUs by providing a set network-wide allocation to all relevant parties based on historical channel figures and anticipated future sales and marketing initiatives Develop KPIs to measure inventory health, supplier performance, forecast performance and fulfillment rates Manage and lead sales channel S&OP Meetings reviewing relevant KPI?s, revenue goals, supply/demand challenges, and risk analysis Manage the production of 3rd party, LTO and wholesale menu items from conception to delivery (forecast, ingredient needs, production) Create production and distribution plans across multiple manufacturing sites to maintain healthy inventory levels for multiple product lines Develop strong partnerships with key internal customers across Operations, Product Development, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Food Safety & Quality team-- Provide day to day support and issue resolution, proactive monitoring of costs and quality, and strategic guidance to drive growth Fully understand and exhibit the Milk Bar ethos, embodying our core values and inspiring celebration, and serve as a brand ambassador both internally and externally-- SKILL & REQUIREMENTS: 3 - 5 years of work experience in Supply Chain Planning and Execution, Forecast Generation, S&OP management, and that are both strategic and executional at a high growth e-commerce, QSR, and/or CPG company Bachelor?s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, Business or related field Comfortable handling and organizing large data sets and building data models Strong presentation and communication skills Desire and ability to adjust and improve processes and operations to ensure a scalable business Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Exceptional excel and analytical skills Excellent project management, communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and handle multiple deadlines. Understanding of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Gmail suite products. Experience with ERP systems such as Netsuite recommended Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes Ability to interact with individuals of all levels, set objectives, drive results, be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally
