Job Description:

The Director, Creative Services is focused on supporting digital and print based communications across all Healthfirst product lines and markets, and the intersection of brand and user experience. In this role the Director is expected to thrive in a high performance culture while successfully collaborating with internal clients and partners, developing talent, leading through change, and executing integrated Omni channel marketing creative to drive acquisition, retention, and engagement. This incumbent will manage the creative services and content development functions including managing digital and print-based teams while providing leadership and direction for high quality editorial content and visual communication in alignment with the Healthfirst brand. This position requires a mix of individual creativity and design thinking, along with a strong operations focus and leadership experience. Duties/Responsibilities: Provide strategic direction and oversight of both internal and external creative teams Develop strategic direction for all branded assets and work directly with department leadership to define/manage Healthfirst brand attributes, personality and identity. Interface as a strategic resource with key business partners to ensure that product marketing campaigns are reinforcing the strategic objectives of the Healthfirst brand. Direct the development of best-in-class communications that reflect Healthfirst?s unique personality and value proposition ensuring all content, across all channels, is consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice for specific audiences and optimized for search and user experience. Typical communications include brand awareness and lead generation campaigns, product collateral, operational communications, event and sponsorship support material, and social media. Help apply and maintain brand consistency and evolve Healthfirst visual voice Evaluate the value of creative requests against larger business strategy and needs. Align content strategies with product strategies/product roadmap for problem-focused messaging and differentiation, mapping to the buying stages and sales funnel. Improve department workflow to streamline processes for faster turnaround and the highest quality output. Develop standards, systems and best practices for content creation, maintenance, repurposing and retiring content. Monitor metrics and dashboards, ensuring that content can be tied to specific results. Lend passionate endorsement to new ideas, provide focused and inspired leadership, and cultivate an environment of collaboration between and among the team. Provide leadership, motivation and inspiration to talented Creative teams. Manage their performance and career development. Provide superior client support to internal and external clients through day-to-day collaboration to address specific needs and explore new opportunities. Collaborate with writers, designers, researchers, product managers, product marketers and partnerships to produce and develop content to drive Healthfirst key marketing goals. Have a strong sense of ?voice? that lends itself to asking challenging questions and to providing candid feedback, while relying on tried and true interpersonal skills to smoothly interact with all levels. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with department employees and constituents. Additional duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media, or other relevant field from an accredited institution 10+ years of broad creative and leadership experience with cross-discipline teams Experience working collaboratively across all disciplines including: Creative, Strategy, User Experience (UX), Project Management, Development, Analytics, media and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).A strategic planner and designer who understands what it takes to build and support long term goals for content development.Mastery of communication skills ? written, oral, visual, and presentationStrong portfolio of relevant work that includes brand communications, video, web, and social content.Acute aesthetic awareness of global design, media, and marketing trendsDemonstrated leadership ability in corporate environments/cultures and experience with working with numerous stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining excellent communication and attention to detail.An aptitude for analytics with the ability to uncover key insights regarding the brand's goals and how they translate to overall brand messaging and content development.Familiarity and experience with Adobe and Apple platforms and software that support the creative process.Preferred Qualifications:Master?s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media, or other relevant field from an accredited institution WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
