Cond-- Nast Entertainment was launched in 2011 to develop film, television and premium digital video programming.Job Description Position Purpose: You will be responsible for orchestrating the implementation of the Conde Nast HR strategy across the global organization to ensure brand and business objectives are met. This includes all strategic initiatives as well as projects to help sustainably drive the business forward. Report to: Global Head of People Operations, Human Resources About the job: Responsible for developing, in conjunction with central strategy team members, defining clear operational achievements to track progress across the different strategic initiatives and projects Responsible for continuously analyzing key opportunities and threats based on insights and developing solutions with key stakeholders to support strategic decision making-- Communicate and escalate (if necessary) any potential roadblocks towards the execution of said strategy to the People leadership team as well as propose solutions where adaptation of the strategy might be necessary Establish a network of key stakeholders at Cond-- Nast but also with external partners and displays lateral leadership to accomplish organizational goals and resolve key challenges Foster commitment to the implementation of the strategy through active collaboration across the entire organization, clear communication and facilitation of decision making Support the development of any business cases of strategic relevance and works closely with enabling functions as well as other central and local departments to align and facilitate implementation on the plans Provide strategy consultancy support to core leadership members and acts as a communication bridge Document and report all program/project data accurately and in a timely manner Track all program and project level status and provide management reporting and analysis as required This role will work to develop HR strategy including development of any HR related business cases and project management of any HR specific projects. You may also work with the Global PMO to provide status updates where needed and input and work with any Program Managers in the GPMO on global initiatives that involve HR -- About you: We are looking for a motivated talent, who brings along the following background: 8+ years of professional experience including 3+ years in a similar strategy development role in a consumer goods industry / media business or in a top-tier strategy consulting firm Provide direction and support to Business Process Analysts and project team members Previous experience working in a global, matrixed organization Strong consumer orientation and working knowledge of project management principles Ability to link strategic and operational perspectives to ensure proper strategy execution Strong strategic skills and business acumen (human resources, brand, marketing, consumer, sales, finance) Experience and expertise in solving complex problems either with limited or with large amounts of information Proven execution skills (pragmatic, innovative, open to change) and exceptional communication skills Resilient with ambiguity and complex business situations; forceful, persuasive, influencing and outspoken Effective stakeholder management, builds commitment and trust, influences others positively What happens next?
