Director, Partnerships Implementation and Operations Ready was

Director will oversee partnership implementation and
partner-related operations in more than one market and across
partners, including but not limited to Health System, Health Plan,
EMS, Primary Care Providers, Government Agencies, and Employers.--
The role is responsible for execution of standard service lines and
public health initiatives.-- The Director --is accountable for
--the-- successful-- and timely-- launch of new partner referral
volume and may also be involved in innovation and improvement of
legacy partner operations.-- The role-- r e quires communication
with the partner,-- developing project plans, facilitating--
internal-- progress towards deliverables, and providing updates to
the leadership team.-- The Director will also be accountable for
building tools and processes to increase transparency and
communication with internal and external stakeholders.-- The
position requires strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills,
and project management skills.-- --The Director will report
directly into the Vice President of Partnership Implementation and
Operations. --This role may not have supervisory responsibilities.
What You'll Do--
- Advise Clinical Ops, Strategy and Partnerships on impact of new
service lines or refinement of existing services
- Scope referral opportunities during late stages of sales to
decrease sales time (includes contributing to
implementation-related sections of RFPs)
- Collaborate with partner-- C-Suite, clinical and operations
leadership-- to scope, execute and monitor post go live success of
partner referral programs--
- Collaborate with Ready legal,-- responder-- operations,
clinical-- ops,-- training,-- data science, marketing, product and
finance teams to --deliver-- standard and new-- services to--
partners
- Lead multiple partner implementations simultaneously and track
project status to allow for timely delivery, risk mitigation, and
achievement of expected outcomes
- Make decisions and drive clients and internal teams to
alignment and resolution of conflict to ensure excellent partner
experience
- Document, in detail, partner and internal workflows and other
supporting documentation to ensure long term operational
success--
- Determine how to launch new clinical products with partners
with the intent to learn in-- single market and transfer learnings
--to scale in other geographic markets
- Escalate issues to senior management as appropriate and own
management of issue resolution, providing recommendations and
identifying opportunities for growth--
- Ensure projects follow federal and state regulations as well as
existing contractual requirements
- Deeply understand the nuances and interdependencies among teams
that may impact partner referral workflows, data collection,-- etc
, and keep strong pulse on Ready's technology and data evolutions
and how those innovations may impact future implementations
- Ensure successful handoff of partner to internal teams /
Partnerships Ops Coordinators --after the go live warranty
period--
- Support Director of Partnerships to explore new-- referral--
pilot s-- with legacy partners
- Drive cross-functional-- efforts to improve/refine existing
partner workflows , particularly to bring legacy clients into
compliance with current standards--
- Serve as an internal and client-facing escalation and
coordination point for addressing complex referral workflow issues
or service recovery
- Support Partnerships Ops Coordinators, who are manage the daily
operations of COVID related partnerships--
- Establish industry standard project management practices that
scale--
- Develop repeatable and scalable implementation playbooks for
all existing clinical services to reduce time from contract signed
to first patient seen--
- Build internal processes, templates and infrastructure that
enables team coordination and partnership success through improved
information sharing, data collection and tracking, and
documentation
- Identify and share learnings from individual partner
implementations to strengthen the overall Ready implementation
processes across all markets What You'll Need:
- Experience in health care sector and/or advanced degree in
healthcare management, public health or related health field
- 7 + years of experience in client services, customer success or
other general management roles with ability to independently--
drive project delivery with clients,-- anticipate partner needs and
proactively address concerns--
- Experience implementing new services with clients; preference--
for --individuals who have led development and execution of new
products or service lines within health plans, --pharma,
--hospitals or provider organizations--
- Results-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage
multiple projects across different partners simultaneously--
- Effective written and verbal communication and prior experience
presenting to executives--
- Proven track record of creating, maintaining, and enhancing
customer relationships by executing on day to day objectives,
regularly producing high quality deliverables and communicating
with senior management teams
- Proven ability for project execution and ability to meet
deadlines
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
while maintaining focus on key initiatives--
- Natural drive to build, evaluate and iterate on processes to
continuously improve while valuing documentation as a key to
success
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to analyze
and interpret data--
