Partner with the campus leadership (President, Director and/or Dean) to generate a strategic enrollment plan for the program. In partnership with campus leadership, develop and support a plan for outreach activities to generate a prospective student pool sufficient to sustain and grow the program, consistent with the strategic enrollment plan. Collaborate with academic counsellors and admissions, financial aid and student services personnel to assist with enrolling qualified students. E ff e c t iv e l y ad m i n i s ter an d g r o w the program(s) i n c l ud i n g c u rr i c u l um de v e l op m ent, program assessment, s tud e nt r eg i s t r a t i o n/ a d v i s e m ent, and c o m m un i t y and c a m pus r e l a t i o n s . S u p po r t and execute as needed University initiatives de s i g ned to a c h i e v e s tu de nt c o m p l et i on r ates as out li ned i n t he University's s t r a t eg i c p l a nning. Co l l a b o r ate w i th the Campus Director or Director of Aca de mi c Affairs and Operations (DOAAO) and fellow D i r e c to r s a n d w i t h t h e De p a r t m ent Cha i r concerning : sc he d u li ng, s ha ri ng f a c u l t y , c u rr i c u l um and othe r issues to support student learning and facilitate efficient resource use . Not i f y the College Dean and campus Director/DOAAO of any e x pe c ted or une x pe c t ed s ub s t an t i v e c h ange within the program and of a n y c h a nge i n i n s t i tu t i on a l a ccr ed i t at i on s t a tus or l e g al aut h o r i t y to p r o v i de po s t s e c on d a r y edu c a t i o n. Support College-level initiatives and directives to maintain c o m p li a n c e w i t h a ccr ed i tat i on and state regulatory cr i t e r i a and adhere to all University and campus policies and procedures. In the absence of a Department Chair, partner with the College Dean to oversee accreditation activities on his/her campus which are normally handled by the Department Chair. Participate in program-related Campus events as indicated, including New Student Orientation, Pinning or other ceremonies, graduations, etc. O ther r e s p o n s i b i l i t i es as d ete r m i ned b y t he Ca m pus Dean of A c a d e m i c A f f a i r s or Campus Director, and Depa r t m ent C h a i r /College Dean. R E Q U I R E M E N T S: A minimum of two years successful performance in a full-time university-level teaching role and prior management experience in higher education or in another organization within the program director's discipline. Master's degree with a concentration in Math or Statistics. A minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline is required. Candidates with a Ph.D in Mathematics of Statistics are preferred. Significant experience and college-level teaching experience preferred; applicants with a minimum of five years of Mathematics teaching experience below the college-level also considered.
