Job Description:
Ophthalmology Practice Manager, Union, NJ Must have
ophthalmology/optical management experience and be bi-lingual
Spanish. Supervise a staff of 10 employees. Salary is based on
experience. Hours may start at 7:30 AM and be available till 5:30
PM. Will work 35 to 40 hours a week. Offers Health Benefits. .Paid
time off is 11 days personal sick and vacation the first year and
then 16 days personal sick and vacation. Holidays are paid after 6
months of employment. After a year the office contributes up to 3%
of your salary into the 401(k) plan (no cost to you). Duties:
manage staff, billing and follow-up will also assist with front
desk as needed. . 35 to 40 hours Health Benefits, after 3 mo. -1yr.
profit sharing, office contributes 3.5%.
