In this role, you'll be responsible for programs to generate and nurture leads via events, SEM, email, retargeting, targeted social advertising, and cooperative marketing with partners. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline revenue. We strive to fulfill our mission with grace, courtesy and integrity.What You Will Do* Lead Hanzo's overall demand generation strategy and execution* Design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline* Audit the current state of our demand generation function, and make recommendations on how we can increase awareness about and interest in Hanzo* Optimize our existing channels, enhance the quality of leads across organic and paid channels, and research and unlock new channels we haven't explored yet through experimentation* Create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities* Increase market awareness and viability of Hanzo's products* Monitor and report campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and revenue generated* Design and establish a workflow for efficiently managing leads in the handoff from marketing to sales* Oversee vendor selection and contracts as needed* Manage the designated demand generation budgetWho You AreRequirements* An established, energetic marketing professional You have 5+ years experience in Demand Generation/Growth/Performance Marketing for a SaaS company and you're ready for your next challenge* Experienced You have extensive experience in the development of digital campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital* Data-driven You're comfortable with reporting and analytics, and you're able to dissect and draw insights from data that will influence the strategy and execution our demand gen program* Innovation You are always looking for the next best way to market solutions and create interest. You diligently test and iterate on various marketing programs, and you love to learn new things* Tech Savvy You're well-versed in the marketing tech stack and how to get the most out of software - and the more experience you have with various technologies, the better!* You understand "pay to play" and know your way around all of the typical advertising platforms such as AdWords/Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
