We are seeking candidates who bring a strong business development background in Healthcare or health plan experience, a collaborative style, and the ability to lead enrollment initiatives and drive overall departmental performance. In this position, you will be responsible for the overall development, recommendation and implementation of the plan's marketing strategies, outreach, and enrollment initiatives to meet enrollment goals. A degree in Marketing, Business, Health Care or a related field is required. You bring 5+ years of experience in health care marketing and business development, preferably at a healthcare plan, and a strong leadership background, along with knowledge of federal and state regulations, and, a current NY State Life, Accident and Health License.
