Integrated Business Process Associate Director (678021) Job Summary Serve as transformation leader on the Integrated Business Process (IBP) global design team, and support deployment strategy objectives for SAP system that will integrate global Supply Chain ERP systems. Define and monitor project progress and project completion against the charter, achievement of goals and deliverables, and communicates the project status to stake holders at the site and in the company. Engage both local site leadership and global transformation team on IBP process, including communication and education. Address issues and delays and provides guidance to correct challenges in IBP Design and implementation. Escalate issues when necessary to the site and the Global transformation team. Plan and schedule realistic, but aggressive project timelines and milestones. Responsible for IBP process design, planning and execution per the Global transformation road map. %MCEPASTEBIN% Principal Duties and Responsibilities --- Influence Executive leadership with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) design decisions
--- Support IBP specific project plan, milestones and dependencies
--- Serve as a key Zimmer Biomet expert for IBP throughout the process design
--- Support the development of functional alignment focusing on the process, responsibilities and accountability
--- Develop interim support structure until integrated business planning is fully rolled out
--- Develop IBP Process with Design team and key stakeholders
--- Collaborate with site leaders to set local strategies and work collaboratively to create future state road maps and the implementation plan for getting from current state to future state
--- Monitor and facilitate all phases of implementation
--- Monitor IBP design and implementation progress and provide site management and key executives, weekly and monthly updates on the status of the transformation progress, against deliverable timelines utilizing key metrics and relevant dashboards.
--- Provide leadership and guidance to design team and activities around planning, decision-making and problem-solving, including establishment of appropriate project plans including resources and budgets necessary to support the effort.
--- Develop best practices and tools for transformation project execution and management as well as continuous improvement sustainment. Expected Areas of Competence --- Demonstrated ability to lead and coach the implementation of process improvements through cross-functional teams by listening and utilizing influence skills.
--- Able to take action in solving problems and making decisions while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues, able to use reason, even when dealing with emotional topics.
--- Must possess an established track record of sound cross-functional actions and decisions impacting the business process and company results.
--- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (both oral and written) in a clear and concise manner.
--- Presentation skills. Able to clearly present information through the spoken work; influence or persuade others through oral presentations in positive and negative circumstances, listens well. Must be able emit a level of confidence and expertise to effectively train other employees (up, down and across the organization) at multiple sites in a broad range of topics.
--- Ability to establish relationships quickly with a broad range of constituents. Must possess a collaborative style to work effectively throughout the organization. Able to work with people in such a manner as to build high morale and group commitment to goals and objectives.
--- Able to influence actions and opinions of others in a desired direction, to exhibit judgment in leading others to worthwhile objectives.
--- Able to create positive energy (motivation) in both individuals and groups.
--- Able to problem solve effectively and to develop unique and novel solutions to problems; use intuition and a new way of thinking to give birth to new ideas; to present information in an attention-getting and interesting manner. Must be proficient in MS Office Applications. Education/Experience Requirements --- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related area required; MBA or advanced degree is preferred. --- 7-10 years' experience in manufacturing management required. Experience with an Integrated Business Planning process implementation a plus Must possess an established track record of sound cross-functional actions and decisions impacting the business process and company results.
