Associate Director, Business Development Code3 is a full-service marketing partner, powering better performance for digital disruptors and Fortune 500 leaders alike. The Business Development team is responsible for new business growth at Code3 and managing onboarded accounts at the highest level. As the Associate Director, Business Development, your focus will be on supporting internal teams with winning and onboarding new business to the organization. To meet these goals, you'll be challenged to think strategically while collaborating with our Directors of Business Development, Marketing, and Account Management teams to ensure a seamless process for new clients. You will also be expected to discover innovative ways to grow clients' businesses and create scalable client strategies. Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-channel new business sales strategy for client pitches by collaborating with internal stakeholders at Code3
  • Lead on integrating new channel / platform capabilities into client pitches
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create relevant material for sellers in market
  • Answer RFPs in collaboration with Directors of Business Development and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee onboarding of new clients
  • Create standardized pitch materials and help evolve company narrative Requirements
    • BA or BS degree
    • 4+ years of relevant experience in sales and/or business development, preferably in media, social, creative service or ad tech Preferred Skills
      • Outstanding ability to collaborate with internal teams
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to storytell--
      • Ability to work effectively with a team
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
      • Highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail
      • Experience with Salesforce CRM
      • Self-starter who is comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment
