What you'll be working on:* We are looking for a Marketing Manager to focus on email, loyalty, and retention.* Build and own our email strategy with an inventive approach to engaging and acquiring customers. * Managing day-to-day execution, management, reporting and optimization of email marketing campaigns for piercing and ecommerce business and the nurse network.* Manage campaign execution from idea creation, copywriting, segmenting, creation, scheduling, A/B testing, and optimization.* Deliver weekly campaign reports, regularly analyzing performance on key KPIs (open-rates, ctr, conversions), and creating actionable plans to adapt and improve * Develop a testing process and apply data driven strategies to optimize sales with existing customers including: personalization, frequency, delivery time, subject line/creative, messaging, offers, segmentation* Maintain email best practices * Build, optimize and maintain Rowan's loyalty and referral program? Requirements* Looking for a rockstar, resourceful marketer that easily adapts to shifting priorities, thrives in a fast paced environment, takes initiative, can both ideate and execute.* BA/BS degree* 2-5 years of email marketing experience, preferably at a DTC brand* Deep understanding of Klaviyo and SMS (required)* Proven track record of a thoughtful approach managing all aspects of email campaigns * Understanding of basic HTML and CSS* Great aesthetic and ability to craft messages that engage our target audience, drive conversions, and increase LTV.* Excellent analytical skills and understanding of all email marketing performance metrics, LTV analysis. * Experience conceiving and executing A/B tests and conducting analysis.* Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and make informed decisions and changes. * Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and excellent verbal communication skills.* Experience implementing a loyalty program.
