A PLACE TO DO GREAT WORK JOB DESCRIPTION Business Line FT - Senior Manager - New York Job Summary LOCATION: New York DESIGNATION: Senior Manager QUALIFICATION: --- Provide guidance and expertise to the team in the business requirement phase
--- Lead the business requirements process/ phase, providing direction to the team through requirements planning, gathering, analysis & documentation of requirements
--- Resolve business requirements issues and escalate as appropriate
--- Provide guidance and expertise to the team in planning, development and execution of functional testing and UAT during the testing phase
--- Review business requirements and testing artifacts
--- Provide timely and accurate Business Analyst resource planning and management
--- Team Goal setting and timely appraisal
(1.) To ensure zero non-compliance to process compliances through regular review of process audits and trainings provided (2.) To effectively lead the team to complete their assigned tasks and responsibilities so as to ensure completion of project deliverables in adherence to the agreed timelines and quality norms (3.) To provide pre-sales support for projects and support for quick resolution of escalated issues (4.) To implement process improvement intiatives, as an SME in the domain through continuous skill enhancement, to facilitate smooth project delivery and positive customer feedback (5.)
