We're currently looking for individuals to fill the following positions: Overview: A BMLPR Vice President oversees overall staff operations, business planning, budget development and reconciliation and agency profitability. A VP develops and maintains relationships with decision makers of new / existing clients and media outlets. A VP is an active participant in new business development including proactive sales initiatives and agency marketing and marketability. The VP is the gatekeeper between mid-level management team and the President/CEO, ensuring that the agency's core values, processes, mission and vision are cultivated both internally and externally. General:

  • Holistically o versee management of multiple accounts
  • Manage and keep team members accountable
  • Develop/reconcile budgets
  • Manage time tracking and team profitability--
  • Leadership, mentoring of managers
  • Ability to provide clear direction for mid-level management on client correspondence, media pitching, etc.
  • Ability to-- identify and-- problem solve account weaknesses --and escalate to President/CEO --as needed Program Development:
    • Ability to develop creative ideas for clients
    • Ability to develop development of PR programs for clients
    • Develop new business program s --writing/brainstorming
    • Agency sales and marketing for new and existing clients Client Relations:
      • Client counseling on a day-to-day basis
      • Problem solving of client issues
      • Strategic thinking on behalf of all clients
      • Master of "the business" and "the big picture"
      • Ensuring profitability and striving for incremental growth--- Media --Skills :
        • Teach media relations skills to junior staff
        • Strong media contacts and proven track record of media success
        • Overseeing media reporting and results Writing --Skills :
          • Ability to write all aspects of client correspondence including memos, interview requests, updates, status reports, project recaps, strategy documents/plans, etc.
          • Write PR plans (new business and existing business) with limited changes
          • Write case studies---
          • Oversee the writing and submission of agency award entries Client Communication:
            • Solid written/verbal correspondence with clients
            • Forward-thinking - what is down the pipeline that needs to be considered, acted upon and planned--- Overview:-- A BMLPR Social Media Manager helps to increase exposure through social media platforms. They work alongside a specialized team to reach your client's goals. From creating monthly editorial calendars, to using marketing strategies to deliver your brand's message in creative ways, a Social Media Manager is the link between our brands and their social media followers. A Social Media Manager analyzes data to determine which initiatives work best and capitalize on this information to continue scaling business. Responsibilities:
              • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
              • Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
              • Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
              • Work with brand to create and implement social media strategies monthly
              • Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
              • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between platform users and the brand(s), and ensure a positive customer service experience
              • Running company social media advertising campaigns
              • Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn
              • Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others
              • Oversee the creating and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar
              • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
              • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
              • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications Qualifications
                • 3-5 years of social media management experience
                • Proven work experience as a Social media manager
                • Hands on experience in content management
                • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
                • Professional certification in Google Analytics preferred
                • Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
                • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
                • General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
                • Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture
                  their attention
                • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms
                  of outreach
                • Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once Overview: A BML PR-- Account Executive 's role is to --execute against communications plans for multiple agency clients, while-- overseeing and mentoring junior team members and managing up to account supervisors and agency's senior management. --Daily responsibilities include-- proactive and reactive media relations, drafting /editing --of media materials including pitch memos, press releases, fact sheets --and key messages.-- Account Executives are active participants-- in all aspects of agency life including knowledge-- and demonstration of-- our core values and processes,-- participating in-- agency / team meetings, brainstorms/concept ideation and up-to-date knowledge of industry and cultural trends.

                      • Media list maintenance
                      • Media tracker maintenance
                      • Maintain organized client folders on server
                      • Time tracking
                      • Strong working knowledge of--Cision,--TVEyes, Lexis-Nexis
                      • Accurate tracking of hours in Timesheets Overview: A BMLPR --Account Supervisor is responsible for supporting multiple accounts as well as keeping the President & CEO and VPs accurately informed of account status. ASs must manage junior staff to ensure that activities are executed on deadline, on budget and efficiently. An Account Supervisor will also help in the development of new business plans as well as strategy and program development for existing clients. As a member of the senior management team, Account Supervisors-- are active participants in all aspects of agency life including-- instilling --professionalism and --our core values and processes in --junior staff members ,-- attending and hosting-- agency / team meetings, brainstorms/concept ideation and-- having --an up-to-date knowledge of industry and cultural trends. General:
