We are relentless executors, unconventional thinkers, and masters of our craft.-- To learn more, here is what one of our investors wrote about leading our Series F.-- The Team You'll Work With The Network Convergence Business Development Manager "BDM" will oversee strategy and execution for Carta's efforts to derive business opportunities from its vast network-benefiting Carta's Corporations business via its Investor Services market penetration, and vice versa.-- The Business Development (Channel) team works cross-functionally to drive ecosystem partnerships to accelerate our growing business. Ideal candidates will be energized by forging highly effective cross-functional relationships, digging into data, finding scalable and repeatable best practices, and codifying a go-forward playbook for VC partnerships.-- The Problems You'll Solve

  • Drive cross-functional efforts to produce actionable, real-time data and reporting to power network convergence GTM efforts
  • Develop scalable and repeatable processes and materials to surface Corporations business opportunities via Investor Services market penetration (and vice versa)
  • Develop a Venture Capital playbook and strategy to drive Carta's Corporations product penetration across VC portfolios (of both Investor Services and non-Investor Services customers)
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to vet and explore cooperative GTM opportunities--
  • Place strategic collateral across relevant portions of the Investor Services product experience (e.g. portco-facing PI portal) to present Carta value prop and better reach companies--
  • Iterate upon-and continually improve-Carta's partner program for Venture Capital partners, with an eye toward aiding Investor Services uptake across Carta's VC network The Impact You'll Have You will expand Carta's distribution and market share while finding new network effects by serving as invaluable connective tissue between Carta's two most mature business units-Corporations and Investor Services.-- About You You enjoy challenging cross-functional assignments, and are motivated by making a material impact on our business.
