We are a growing tech company and we are looking for an Account
Manager who has experience working with mortgage clients. This can
be a remote position and we offer an excellent compensation package
with generous benefits.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be managing client relationships with mortgage service
clients (title, escrow, default) and execute account development
plans and strategy. You will work closely with delivery teams to
set and measure metrics and drive high levels of customer
satisfaction. You will work with the Competency experts, Presales,
Operations, and Delivery teams to convert opportunities to new
deals. This is an individual contributor role with defined target
for revenue and client satisfaction goals.
