Inmar Intelligence's Digital Incentive and Loyalty Solutions enable retailers and brands to design, execute and manage digital coupon and loyalty strategies to build and expand shopper loyalty. With customizable digital coupons, points, clubs and continuity functionality, retailers and brands are able to create and seamlessly execute robust incentives and loyalty programs with real-time segmentation strategies. Designed with marketers in mind, Inmar's Digital Incentive and Loyalty Solutions provide self-service, intuitive tools to enable retailers and brands to be nimble enough to adapt in real-time to changing market dynamics in order to deliver robust savings to their shoppers. As the Incentives and Loyalty Product Manager, you'll be responsible for defining, managing, and communicating features and requirements based on the quarterly and annual roadmap as defined by the Product Team as a whole. Project activities will include but are not limited to; requirements gathering, product prioritization and strategy, and collaboration across various departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, UX/UI Design and Engineering. You will utilize prescribed project management tools and processes including project schedules, coordinating project meetings, and track issues and action items necessary to deliver on-time implementation of key product offerings. Additionally, this position is responsible for real-time and daily monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Incentives and Loyalty platform and providing platform support to internal and external end users. Primary Accountabilities:

  • Create and prioritize use cases and product specifications for product backlog and participate in roadmap planning
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers
  • Functional QA testing of platform products
  • Work with Product Marketing on "Go To Market" initiatives--
  • Participate in Agile Ceremonies--
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on releases of new features/products to clients
  • Research emerging market trends
  • Work with stakeholders on product features to help refine completed backlog items and plan for future roadmap items
  • Plan and communicate annual & Quarterly Roadmap--
  • Collect and analyze data and feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
  • Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule Primary Attributes:
    • Product strategy : Drives product vision and strategy that will delight our customers and help us stand out in the marketplace. Design and lead a multi-year roadmap, balancing short and long-term goals and investments to scale globally and across multiple acquisition channels.

    • Analytics & Experimentation : Innovative, analytical and structured with the ability to deliver and draw interpretations through A/B tests
    • Problem Solver : Analytical, structured, with the ability to prioritize & deliver from our large suite of products and feature sets
    • Hands-on Leader : Hands-on leader who oversees and maintains a deep, detailed and ruthlessly prioritized product backlog (PBL) for a web scrum team, driving towards a well-defined vision and specific goals/metrics
    • Team Player : Builds strong relationships with partners, stakeholders and leaders within our group to ensure alignment and buy-in on the requirements and prioritization of product ideas
    • Product Scale : Strong history of scaling products and building products with high engagement Required Qualification:
      • 3+ years of experience developing/launching technology products
      • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field
      • Experience in Retail/Grocery, B2B Products, or CPG are a plus
      • Expert in Agile framework and software (Atlassian, JIRA, Confluence)
      • Proficient in Google Suite
      • Strong communication and project management skills
      • Ability to adapt to new technologies as needed
      • Demonstrated problem solver
      • Strong analytical background
      • Experience working on multiple tasks with competing deadlines
      • Detail-oriented and organized
      • Basic understanding of web technologies including HTML
