As part of our Human Health (HH)Commercial HR team you will have the opportunity to collaborate with talented and dedicated colleagues while developing your career, in a true business partner role.The HR Business Partner, Human Health Commercial will provide HR support for Business Units in the US Commercial organization. Primary clients will be the SVP, Business Unit Director for Hospital and Specialty and the VP, Business Unit Director for Chronic Care. The HRBP coaches the leader and his/her leadership team and provides expertise in the development of the organizational talent and diversity strategy, talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, restructuring, change management, leader effectiveness, performance management, compensation and rewards, and escalated employee relations issues.--The HRBP is a core member of the respective Business Unit leadership team, which includes marketing leaders as well as large national field sales organizations.As part of the US Human Health Commercial HR team, the HRBP will partner with peer HRBPs and an extended team of HR colleagues, spanning Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Labor Relations, Employment Legal, Talent Management and L&D in support of the business. The HRBP manages one direct report HR Business Partner, responsible for providing HR support to the Field Sales leaders within the Business Units.This position reports to the Executive Director and HR Leader, Human Health US Commercial.

Key Responsibilities:--

  • Provide HR consulting and coaching support to senior leaders on the HH US Market Leadership team and within business units of the US Commercial Organization.
  • Create and/or drive the talent and diversity strategy for the assigned organization.
  • Support all talent management, organizational design and organizational alignment activities within client group(s). Lead client restructuring activities when necessary. Contribute to organizational change management activities when necessary.
  • Coach leaders and members of leadership team(s) to successfully manage all cyclical people management processes (talent management, succession planning, performance management, compensation planning, etc.).
  • Partner with the learning & development organization on learning strategies and solutions to support and enable talent strategy.
  • Partner with talent acquisition organization on activities in support of the organization's workforce plan and talent strategy.
  • Take on responsibility of leading various HR project or initiatives that span the Human Health Commercial organization.
  • Collaborate across the HR network and with other stakeholders across the organization to resolve escalated issues and generate solutions to enable client's business strategy.
  • Act as a change agent for accelerating organizational culture and ways of working shifts.
  • Manage one HRBP direct report, coach and guide the work and professional development of the individualEducation:--
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related disciplineExperience:
      • Minimum 12 years' experience as an HR Business Partner, in an HR COE; or relevant applicable experienceSkills/Competencies:--
        • Demonstrated HR functional competence in one or more HR disciplines
        • Demonstrated ability to effectively influence, consult with and coach senior leaders and managers
        • Ability to strategically prioritize time and problem solve against most impactful activities and initiatives
        • Highly effective communicator with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels of the business.
        • Stakeholder management of multiple decision makers, corporate colleagues and--cross-functional teams.
        • Proven ability to demonstrate and foster collaboration among peers and extended HR organization
        • Experience navigating and leveraging HR systems and data analytics to support client consultationPreferred Competencies--
          • Previous HR Business Partner experience
          • Demonstrated experience in organization development such as organization design, change management, workforce planning
