We are seeking a Program Manager (PM) who can enable the future of
DSP product experts and owns programs that help client services
empower advertising agencies, trading desks, and direct clients
using a self-service model to leverage the Amazon Demand Side
Platform (DSP) to achieve their goals. The PM collaborates with
Product, Sales, Engineering, and Ad Tech to develop mechanisms that
streamline processes, organize workflows, launch new markets, and
create scalable solutions centered on the customer experience. A
successful candidate must demonstrate strong communications skills,
comfort in handling multiple projects at once, and an ability to
work both independently and as part of small groups. The ideal
candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for strategic
digital consultation and problem-solving. You must be able to
thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be
hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are
not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic
initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the
job done. Programmatic experience is required.
Build processes and tools for the DSP Services team to better serve
clients; implement scalable solutions to drive team efficiency.
Create collateral for the DSP Services team; maintain operational
reporting and programs for the team.
Navigate multiple stakeholders; serve as a liaison on projects
across partner Advertising teams.
Own programs, both independently and as part of teams, that have a
significant impact on the customer experience.
Leverage customer and partners' feedback to drive continuous
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS -- Experience implementing repeatable
processes and driving automation or standardization
