In January 2019, Stadium Goods became part of the Farfetch family of companies, which will help guide our evolution as we usher in the next chapter of scale and growth.TechnologyThe IT Team is responsible for providing the computer hardware and software that Stadium Goods employees need to do their job in a secure and efficient way. They have a broad range of responsibilities including your computer, the office wifi, warehouse printers, retail scanners, email service, and conference room AV.The roleThe Project Coordinator, IT Compliance will coordinate compliance efforts across our headquarters, multiple retail stores, and multiple warehouses. You will report to the Director of IT and work with technology team members and our parent company to maintain compliance. You will need to understand the teams' existing workflows, educate them on the relevant standards, and help them build in compliance and resolve outstanding issues while minimizing cost and improve delivery speed.Responsibilities:Work with engineers, product managers, internal and external auditors, analysts, and legal to ensure that technology operations are consistent with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations, domestic & international data privacy regulation (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), and PCI-DSS standards.Coordinate compliance roadmap with internal business stakeholders and our parent company, Farfetch.Serve as a liaison to the Farfetch internal control team. Provide regular updates on compliance and remediation activities, and follow up on outstanding actions with appropriate teams.Manage the interface between Stadium Goods and any third party service providers on matters related to compliance.Monitor, track, log, and report updates of internal control documentation (example: SOX process control docs, PCI SAQs, etc.) and ensure that all changes are communicated to the impacted business and technology departments and teams.Participate in process walkthroughs and control owner interviews, support the gathering of required control evidence, and make recommendations for the preparation and/or revision of SOX controls documentation, where applicable.Identify opportunities to automate control testing and streamline manual efforts to increase efficiency and reduce cycle times.Monitor budgets and resource allocations for compliance activities, and work with the Director of IT to adjust ongoing forecasts.Own our intangible asset tracking process to ensure accurate capital expenditure reporting.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years industry or consulting experience defining and enforcing policies, procedures, and controls for common Information Security and IT Governance Standards and Regulations (i.e. Sarbanes Oxley, GDPR, CCPA, PCI, etc.).Experience coordinating or participating in at least one full-scale external audit for any of the aforementioned compliance standardsExperience managing technology projects, ideally with a focus on compliance or information security.Experience managing broad projects involving both technical and non-technical team members and participants.Ability to breakdown to both business and technical audiences at all organizational levels.Prior experience working in a global omni-channel retail or apparel business.
