Job Description:

The Director, Sales Enablement is an enablement leader who will oversee all aspects of enablement across the revenue lifecycle. This role is a key stakeholder in the development, measurement and management of effective training programs and associated tools to ensure the right knowledge, skills and materials are available to all customer facing teams. You will be responsible for defining, delivering, and iterating on the enablement programs for the current and future revenue organization. The successful leader will create a repeatable, predictable, and scalable process for onboarding direct Sales, SDRs, Onboarding Managers and CSMs. You should be someone who uses data to drive insights, and focuses not only on enablement, but continual development, fostering growth mindsets, and refining overall effectiveness. You will be an important leader and driver of Company's growth by continuously improving the quality of conversations with prospects and customers. This position will work closely with multiple stakeholders across Company including Executive Leadership, Sales Management, Customer Success Management, Product Marketing and Product Management to implement a world class, highly-optimized enablement program.Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver onboarding programs that drive predictability, reduce ramp and enhance hiring profiles for revenue roles
  • Identify knowledge & skill gaps across revenue teams; determine opportunities to improve processes resulting in positive business outcomes
  • Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams on GTM strategies, product readiness, processes, and positioning methodologies with measurable outcomes tied to revenue KPIs that ensure the teams are prepared to use, sell, and support new product innovations.
  • Develop, measure, and optimize sales efficacy programs including training programs and readiness programs such as cold calling, demo certification and closing techniques.
  • Continually assess the revenue team's effectiveness and areas of growth in order to proactively suggest improvement opportunities and tactics
  • Help to implement and administer certifications through onboarding and L&D programs to ensure knowledge retention and adherence to the processSkills and Attributes
    • 7+ years' experience in Sales/Sales Enablement and/or Revenue Enablement programs
    • Experience working cross-functionally with various departments
    • Ability to gain the trust of reps and revenue leaders and to have a trusted voice
    • Excellent presentation skills (oral and written), as well as ability to motivate, teach, empower, and inspire
    • Experience with program design and optimization including new hire onboarding, training and certification programs for both pre and post sales teams
    • Exceptional track record of developing sales performance that achieves sales, retention and revenue expansion targets.
    • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high growth environment and be able to define the strategy of the function while also rolling up their sleeves to execute on it.
