Check out our current openings below and at-- .-- Position Summary: We are searching for a highly strategic, creative, and driven brand storyteller to join our Strategic Solutions team in our NYC office. The Strategic Solutions / Sales Development team's mission is to create persuasive marketing strategies on behalf of our advertising partners that address business goals and challenges; engage, inspire and enlighten consumers; and drive measurable results. With a reach of 150 million listeners, SXM Media gives brands, creators and publishers access to the largest digital audio advertising platform in North America. With our newly combined sales organization spanning across SiriusXM, Pandora and Stitcher - as well as our advertising partnership with SoundCloud - we are looking for someone who is eager to jump right in as this role will continuously be exposed to new & exciting opportunities across our various platforms. As a Senior Manager of Strategic Solutions, you will focus on pre-sale ideation, strategy, and narrative-building in support of a variety of the largest national advertisers and agencies. Via the RFP process, strategic ongoing partnership-building, and proactive work, you will be responsible for developing audio-led solutions that support our partners' marketing objectives by tapping into the unique benefits of all of the platforms under the SXM Media umbrella. You will influence advertising partner conversations through creative ideation and strategic storytelling that drive positive growth and relationship outcomes. To succeed in this role, you will need to be comfortable building cross-functional relationships across our enormous audio ecosystem to lead in the development of innovative, insights-driven, and persuasive marketing concepts for our most strategic accounts. You'll sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and strategy, giving you the opportunity to work within and support an award-winning sales organization with your standout marketing and strategic ideation skills. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with national sales teams to develop insights-driven marketing strategies that meet and exceed brand objectives and drive advertising revenue on behalf of Pandora / SiriusXM / Stitcher / Soundcloud
  • Serve as central liaison between sales and cross-functional organizations by building strong relationships and working closely across all internal teams including Marketing, Events, Industry Relations, Design, Production, Product, Sales Marketing, Sales Planning, Legal, Brand and Research
  • Leverage a suite of innovative audio and digital products to fuel big idea thinking and development of first-to-market concepts
  • Create proactive and reactive integrated marketing proposals and presentations that are customized for our clients, display expert storytelling, and communicate our brands' advantage in a meaningful way.
  • Mine internal and external data for insights to inform and support marketing stories and solution recommendations.
  • Assume leadership role in ideation session, strategy development and strategic process, ensuring teams are activated at the right time.
  • Participate and present in client meetings. Supervisory Responsibilities: There are no supervisory responsibilities with this role. Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years relevant experience in a digital and/or audio first organization. Agency, Brand, and/or Publisher experience preferred. Requirements and General Skills:

    • An articulate professional with exceptional oral and written communication skills and design prowess
    • A demonstrated ability to present in high profile group environments
    • Team oriented with a collaborative nature. Ability to build strong relationships with external and internal partners
    • Motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who is driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
    • Curious and hungry, stays up on industry trends and technology innovation
    • Experience utilizing syndicated research, including eMarketer, ComScore and Kantar
    • Lover of audio content (particularly streaming music and podcasts) Technical Skills:
