Great job for recent grads!HomePik is looking for a project manager / company liaison. This individual's job will involve working to promote and pitch a new real estate website; ensuring the smooth operation of the new website (no web development experience required); working closely with and facilitating communication between HomePik's designer, web developers, and employees; and managing / hiring interns.   • Facilitate communication between multiple parties
  • Work closely with web developers and aesthetic director
  • Research, solicit and meet with potential investors
  • Spearhead marketing strategy
  • Manage and direct interns
  • Oversee maintenance of data in internal computer system (no programming experience necessary)
  • Brainstorm ideas to improve website, company, etcSkills and experience:
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Comfort with public speaking
    • Leadership / management experience
    • Ability to work independently with little supervision
    • In-depth familiarity with website design and functionality
    • Ability to give instructions clearly and regularly
    • Knowledge of NYC real estate market or long-time NYC residency is a plus
    • Familiarity with digital marketing (social media advertising, SEO, etc) is a big plus
    • Familiarity with sales, PR and promotion is a plus
    • Familiarity with UX and UI design is a plus.The manager will coordinate with web developers to fix, maintain, and improve HomePik. The manager will act as a liaison between multiple parties, including the President of HomePik, web developers, the aesthetic director, real estate consultant(s), and others.Organization is crucial to ensure proper project flow and effective and efficient communication among relevant parties. The manager will instruct and oversee a small team of interns working on data entry on how to best accomplish tasks set up with the web developers. A significant portion of the job involves supervising and teaching interns. This will require patience, management skills, and instructional abilities.A flexible attitude, a positive outlook and a good sense of humor are big plusses.Local candidates preferred:
