Job Description:

We are hiring a CRM Administrator. This is a newly created position due to our growth and investment in a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS). In this key position, you will be responsible for account management, application configuration, and data management while supporting, maintaining, and answering questions for 200 end-users over three organizations. Excellent communication skills are required as the person will be a liaison between business owners, internal and external technology solution providers as well as for building, enhancing, and maintaining CRM system configurations. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with LPX Group. Flexibility to work remote or hybrid.

  • Essential day-to-day tasks including testing, researching, and troubleshooting to sustain the smooth operation of our CRM, Bullhorn, for our users and customers
  • Administration of the Bullhorn environment include customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, applications, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow, validation rules, approvals, dashboards, reports, etc
  • Communicate and work with Bullhorn Support for questions, changes, system upgrades and resolve technical issues
  • Develop, launch and manage in-depth dashboards and reports for all team functions at both management and individual levels
  • Be a liaison for various internal teams, understand their requirements, and provide support, development, and training when necessary
  • Implement best practices, serve as a subject matter expert for end-users
  • Stay up to date with Bullhorn software updates, best practices, and technologies
  • Training new users on the Bullhorn application
  • Understand and document current processes and workflows as they relate to our system
  • Proactively identify, develop, and implement new solutions, apps, and enhancements to meet the changing needs of the business
  • Identify areas of improvement and coordinate with leadership and affected groups to identify risks, create a process improvement plan, gain buy-in from executive management, and complete process improvement projects
    • 2+ years as data administrator to a SaaS based system
    • Cloud-based data storage/ETL experience
    • Experience with Bullhorn preferred, but not required
    • Strong experience with automated tools to perform analysis and reporting (i.e. query writing)
