Growing real estate firm seeks a property manager to manage complex of 200+ unitsResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Overseeing maintenance and outside contractorsCollecting rentsCalling and texting tenants when rent payments have not been paid or have not been paid in fullFiling for eviction if tenants don't payLeasing vacant apartmentsKnowing which apartments will be becoming available in the near futureSending out and keeping track of lease renewalsMaking sure maintenance tickets are being handled in a timely fashionScheduling vendors for make readiesVerifying invoices before being sent to accounts payableCandidate must (minimally) have a basic understanding of how to facilitate monetary growth through leasing and renewals and how to save money by cutting out unnecessary expenses/capitalizing on provided resources before seeking outsourced servicesMust be extremely organized, good-spirited and have VERY STRONG 'people's person' skills'Job Type: Full-timePay: From $17.00 per hourBenefits:
