- You have a proven track record of building pipeline and
executing on profitable outbound sales strategies.
- 5-10 years sales experience.
- Experience managing a 15+ person sales team.
- Ability to lead, educate, and motivate a sales team to
encourage a winning sales culture that maximizes revenue.
- A charismatic personality and ability to handle pressure, while
working alongside senior management executives to determine short
and long term strategic directions.
- Experience building compensation plans and overseeing CRM
- Motivated to find a lasting long-term position as a sales
