    • You have a proven track record of building pipeline and executing on profitable outbound sales strategies.
    • 5-10 years sales experience.
    • Experience managing a 15+ person sales team.
    • Ability to lead, educate, and motivate a sales team to encourage a winning sales culture that maximizes revenue.
    • A charismatic personality and ability to handle pressure, while working alongside senior management executives to determine short and long term strategic directions.
    • Experience building compensation plans and overseeing CRM systems.
