To reach our organizational goals we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. Are you both data savvy and emotionally intelligent? We are looking for a dynamic professional to join Dovr as a Community Manager aligned to teams within our Brilliant-- by Dovr Media organization.
What You'll Do
The Community Manager is responsible for servicing all aspects of customer & partner accounts and relationships, a critical role. The Community Manager will work closely and collaboratively with the advertising, data, design, web development and billing teams to deliver world-class customer service and solutions to market. The Community Manager plays an integral role in recommending and implementing strategies for driving ongoing client product needs and will be responsible for educating customers about all aspects of the Dovr Media product suite, and how products can be leveraged to meet their goals and objectives.
Your Day to Day--- Onboard new clients. Set up their Shopify store, train them on how to use the platform, review their website design with them, and educate them on our digital marketing solutions.--- Provide superior customer support to all existing clients within your book of business. Regularly calling and emailing your clients to help assist them and answer any questions that they may have.--- Identify opportunities to upsell existing clients on additional products and services when it is mutually beneficial for both parties.--- Collaborate with advertising team to review any new clients who will be running Facebook and/or Google campaigns with us--- Diagnose potential churn risks and notify customer success team leadership during regularly scheduled meetings to discuss mitigation strategies.
Who Are You?--- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution--- 4+ years overall work experience--- 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Account Management with a deep understanding of the online advertising industry--- Passion for communicating with customers on behalf of the brand--- Exceptional multi-tasking and communication skills--- Able to explain complex ideas in an easy to digest, simplified way--- Self-starter, highly organized and able to prioritize multiple projects in fast-paced environment--- Unmatched work ethic and drive to be successful --- Familiarity with paid social and digital marketing campaigns--- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
