Compensation Structure Base Plus Bonus Category Presales/Post Sales Support Job Summary The Global Sales Program Manager will administer programs and provide support to the Global Sales team. The role will take care of the day-to-day support of the team and special projects. A primary focus of this role will be event coordination for Global Sales. The role will be responsible for overseeing particular tasks throughout the project or initiative. The Global Sales Program Manager will proactively ensure communications and collateral are up to date and accessible to Global Sales.The Global Sales Program Manager reports to the Global Sales Program Director - Named. This position is required to report to the SHI Somerset, NJ office location as determined by SHI management.As the Global Sales team matures and business needs evolve, this individual will have the opportunity to continue to develop and design new programs or lead the evolution of existing programs in support of Global Operations Support and Global Sales.   • Work with internal/external teams to align partner communications/events/and training.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and venues
  • Planning event details and aspects around Global sales conferences.
  • Creating financial, attendance and certification reports as attributed to projects or initiatives
  • Managing events and planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event
  • Maintain relevant and up to date data and content for salesperson consumption for sales training, plays, and initiatives.
  • Identifies Enterprise contacts who register/attend SHI events pertaining to SHI Offerings, Sales Motions, Sales Plays and Target Initiatives
  • Create monthly management reports, and content for Quarterly Read-Outs
  • Organize monthly Director meetings and prepare read-outs
  • Maintain email aliases for team members and customers
  • Maintain master for sales team, customer roster and org charts
  • Track Key Performance areas and incentives
  • Develop sales aids i.e. Best in Class QBR, content for RFP responses, etc.
  • Various miscellaneous items upon request from VP, Directors, & BDMs Take and maintain notes from leadership meetings Qualifications
    • Minimum--3 years Inside Sales (IAM or IAE)/Outside Sales/Partner/Vendor support role
    • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
    • Project Management Experience
    • Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Required Skills
      • Ability work in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt well to change
      • Professional, have a great attitude, and ability to be responsive to team members
      • Must collaborate well with all team members and partners
      • Excellent Communication skills and able to provide clear and concise communications to all team members across various activities and requirements
      • Analytical mind set and comfortable analyzing various sets of data
      • Reliable, flexible, articulate, and productive
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
      • Ability to self-manage, take initiative and be resourceful
      • Strong problem solving, organizational, and time management skills
      • Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and complete tasks with efficiency and accuracy
      • Ability to support sales orientations/trainings, global events, and sales partner meetings Additional Information
