Account ManagerLocation: Toronto or New York CityWe're looking forThe ideal candidate will possess a curiosity to research consumer behaviors and have a passion to develop those data insights into client solutions. You will be a key player, working to drive our clients' business growth.Account Manager responsibilities will include: - Proactively manage and grow multiple client relationships and accounts - Project manage multiple client programs and work with ad operations team to ensure successful campaigns - Activate accounts, set up and launch campaigns, oversee the day-to-day management, optimize campaigns, trouble shoot, analyze programs, provide regular campaign updates and provide post campaign reports including identifying key insights - Maintain campaign calendars, assist in trafficking assets and manage client approvals - Develop a strong understanding of key advertisers' business issues, decision making processes and cultivate relationships with key client decision makers - Ensure company is delivering on agreed upon goals and identify potential issues - Accountable for meeting/exceeding client needs, addressing questions/requests, and resolving issues - Address client questions and requests and ensure clients receive excellent customer service - Educate, train and support your clients on an on-going basis - Record recommended feature improvements proposed by clients - Working with the sales teams you will be responsible for identifying potential sales opportunities with existing clients - Maintain and stay current on industry news and research - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Able to multitask and work well under pressure - Positive team playerRequirements - Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Account Management experience in the advertising technology, agency or digital media industry Required, with mobile experience a huge plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) - Highly organized with excellent attention to detailBenefits: - Competitive base salary and compensation plan - Paid vacation time*This will be a remote position to start due to the COVID-19 pandemicJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:
