    • Oversee the administrative and operational duties of a 34 bedded (10 for step-down) unit with 50 plus staff members
    • The unit has a diverse patient population, which includes patients undergoing all types of thoracic surgery procedures, a variety of vascular surgical procedures, patients admitted for cardiac testing and interventions, as well as medical patients.
    • Oversee patient experience/satisfaction, staff engagement, staffing/retention, and other duties as follows Requirements:
      • Education:--BSN, Master's Degree in Nursing or health related field.
      • Experience:--Minimum of three years of progressive nursing leadership experience demonstrating solid management abilities.
