Job Description:

We're seeking an Office Manager so we can focus more time on strengthening clients' businesses. -We are always looking to improve the way we do things to maximize efficiency and productivity, so we are looking for a self-motivated creative individual to contribute to our team.

This is contract 1099 position that can largely be remote. A presence in the New Orleans area is required once or twice per month.

Responsibilities
Handle and coordinate active calendars
Filter incoming emails for partners
Schedule and confirm meetings
Lead generation and appointment setting through LinkedIn and other social media platforms
Maintain CRM software
Light bookkeeping
Schedule travel arrangements
Act as a backup to catch missed project management items
Ensure file organization
Provide executive administrative assistance ad hoc support as needed
Marketing, social media, SEO

Qualifications
Successful track record with administrative work or office management
Successful track record with lead generation through networking or digital channels
Ability to pass a background check
Strong interpersonal, organizational, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software
