Introduction

Warby Parker is looking for a motivated Inclusion, Equity, & Diversity Manager to join our People team and help us develop a holistic IE&D strategy across the employee lifecycle. Our ideal candidate is passionate about building an inclusive team culture and knowledgeable about programs and efforts that are successful in doing just that. What You'll Do

  • Lead our Employee Resource Group strategy and programs to drive engagement, belonging, and impact across these groups, while making sure that employees all across the organization can access them
  • Manage a range of IE&D programs pertaining to talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, and more
  • Help track, measure, and report on IE&D initiatives across the organization
  • Partner with our People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams to analyze diversity metrics throughout the employee lifecycle, beginning with the applicant pipeline
  • Lead thoughtful, courageous conversations around IE&D with stakeholders across the organization
  • Recommend ways to improve internal People processes, both current and new, with IE&D in mind
  • Partner with the Communications team to regularly message internal and external IE&D initiatives, events, and progress company-wide
  • Research industry trends and benchmarks across the changing IE&D landscape and present recommendations to senior leaders on our Talent team
  • Develop and implement innovative, strategic solutions to foster a culture based on inclusive behaviors where all employees feel they can bring their authentic selves to the workplace
  • Partner with the Associate Manager of Employee Engagement & Belonging to drive workplace culture initiatives
    Who You Are
    • Backed by 5 years of relevant experience
    • Equipped with exceptional project management skills
    • Forward thinking with ability to plan for long term goals and milestones
    • An excellent communicator (in person and online!) with strong interpersonal skills
    • Able to influence across levels of management
    • A critical and analytical thinker
    • Someone who works proactively and effectively with people of various skill sets
    • Unflappably empathetic, objective, and fair
    • Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
      Extra Credit
      • Experience working with Retail teams
      • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certification(s)
