Job Title: Customer Success Manager - $130k+ 25% (Real Estate SaaS)

Salary: $90k-$130k Base + 25% Bonus, Benefits, 401k

Requirements: 3+ Years SaaS CSM, Mid Market, Real Estate Experience is a Plus!

Based in beautiful New York, NY, we are a well-established and VC-funded FinTech org.

Our software eliminates the need for security deposits. We free you from having to put down large amounts of money up front and instead offer flexible alternatives based off on your credit score/history.

Both property managers and renters love us!

We just closed our Series B for $35MM, have been in business for 4 years, and have around 50 employees.

Due to growth, we are actively a Mid Market CSM with 3+ years of experience in SaaS. Experience working at an early stage start up or experience with the following is a HUGE plus but not required - real estate, relevant vendors, property managers, leasing agents, etc.

You will be working on a team of 3 CSMs + our VP of CS and handling 50-70 accounts between $500k-$1MM.

Additionally, expansion, up selling, and cross selling are a part of this role, and we offer a 25% bonus for hitting your targets. The right candidate will be comfortable and excited about this!

Finally, we're mostly remote now and encourage remote work. That being the majority of our team comes into the office at least once per week for meetings (and just to visit friends), so the right person will be comfortable coming into our NY office about once per week.
