Job Description:

MAM USA is looking for a talented Digital Media Manager who will drive results in paid digital media and lead MAM USA's social media accounts. Reporting to the Vice President of Consumer Engagement, North America, this person brings expertise in paid media and best-in-class owned social media management. The Digital Media Manager is passionate about connecting with target audiences through compelling content to propel awareness and foster brand love.
As primary daily contact for MAM USA's paid media agency, this role is responsible for consistently analyzing results with meticulous attention to detail, surfacing areas of improvement, managing multiple overlapping deadlines, and respectfully challenging our partners to ensure optimal media performance. -As owner of the MAM USA social accounts, this person is creative and strategic, with a knack for creating engaging branded content and exceptional written communication skills for community management that builds positive connections with our audience.

  • Agency Contact: Effectively brief campaigns, review and refine media plans, analyze results, propose smart modifications, improve reporting, and solve problems to consistently drive the most efficient media campaigns. -
    • Media Assets: Provide creative assets to Agency, craft captions, review ad mockups monitor usage rights deadlines, and partner with Influencer Manager for influencer asset rights and content as needed. Work with VP, Consumer Engagement and agency partners to conceptualize and produce efficient photo/video shoots that garner high quality, on-brand content that performs. -
      • Owned Platform Planning: Align with VP, Consumer Engagement on platform prioritization; propose quarterly content tactics to meet strategic goals, and create monthly content calendars to achieve key objectives, including follower growth and engagement. -
        • Owned Content: Responsible for all content on MAM USA's social platforms, including influencer, brand and UGC. Supported by Influencer Manager for influencer assets. Enlist work from freelance graphic designer as needed. -
          • Posting: Post content according to approved content calendar as well as reactively, quickly rising to meet trends or react to relevant events. Promptly and sufficiently engage with audience after each post. -
            • Community Management: Constantly monitor DMs and comments and respond quickly as the voice of MAM USA. Partner with Customer Service as needed and elevate consumer concerns appropriately. -
              • Brand Partnerships: Propose social partnerships to achieve goals for follower growth and engagement while driving brand awareness through strategic affiliations; lead outreach, execution, and reporting. -
                • Path to Parenthood: Own MAM USA's Path to Parenthood initiative, generating content for Owned Social, and develop it into a unique, ownable program that builds community around our brand. -
                  • Owned/Earned/Paid Eco-System: Collaborate with Influencer Manager to secure influencer content for reposting and appropriately engage with influencer partners' content from MAM USA accounts to foster relationships. Partner with Influencer Manager and Media Agency to facilitate whitelisting and secure/edit Influencer content for Paid Media. -
                    • Reporting: Develop and maintain consistent internal reports on both Paid and Owned KPIs to analyze results, inform leadership, and propose and activate modifications based on learnings. -
                      • 4+ years' experience working in paid media (social, search) and owned social.
                      • 2+ years of paid digital media management; agency experience a plus
                      • 2+ years of complete social media management, emphasis on Instagram
                      • A paid media native with deep understanding of digital media buying and analytics
                      • Proven track record of building a brand's social channels to effectively convey brand identity, increase following, and foster engagement
                      • Experience with social tools (Falcon a plus)
