Job Description:

Hire Digital is looking for an analytical and effective Strategic Account Manager who is adept at driving key account revenue and growing our consultative sales. The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for owning the target accounts pipeline and driving our client acquisition programs, analyzing client acquisition metrics, and working with adjacent teams to develop strategies and campaigns to enhance client acquisition.

This is a remote position. We welcome candidates from any location.


  • Own the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to product demonstrations, negotiation, and execution of closing strategies, to the final stage of bringing new clients on board.
  • Be responsible for the entire sales process within a region and pitch Hire Digital's solutions to potential clients.
  • Drive revenue growth through consultative sales and development of strategic proposals.
  • Develop strategic proposals, marketing collaterals, project plans, SOW, and digital audits to generate a sales pipeline.
  • Create and manage a sales funnel of opportunities from start to finish and track in CRM.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Account Managers, and Talent Team on operational strategy and execution of strategic targets.
  • Educate customers on our offerings and evangelize key wins.
  • Break into new lines of business groups within the defined Accounts.
  • Create a high-level network for events and follow-up, working closely with marketing resources.

    • At least 5 years of enterprise consultative sales experience.
    • Ability to create and refine sales programs for rapid scaling.
    • Preferably with a background in the digital consulting fields, including software product development, digital marketing, e-commerce, analytics, and content production.
    • Ability to work independently and be able to collaborate with other teams.
    • Fast learner, comfortable with explaining new product ideas and processes to business decision-makers.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong phone presence and high attention to detail
