Who You Are
A self-starter, an achiever and a fast learner, you have 3+ years
agency experience, interest or experience in automotive a plus. You
have a proven track record of strong communication skills across
agency departments with the ability to anticipate team needs and

This position requires you to be extremely detail-oriented, strive
for accuracy and timeliness in execution of assigned tasks, and
able to handle complex instructions with care and follow-through.
You have experience managing project schedules and are able to
handle confidential and sensitive business matters with discretion
and professionalism. You are proficient in the Microsoft Office
Suite programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.).
As the facilitator of many interactions, internal and external, you
work with the team to ensure that each meeting has the appropriate
attendees, materials are distributed in a timely fashion, and next
steps are communicated. Communication is extremely clear both
verbally and in writing. You are an expert project manager,
organized, with the latest timelines, budgets, and project history
are committed to memory and at your fingertips.
What You'll Do
The Business Manager is expected to manage much of the day-to-day
internal agency process, while beginning to manage day-to-day
client relationships. From an internal agency standpoint,
organization of budgets, timelines, status documents and recaps are
critical for success. In general, just making sure the agency is
buttoned up on all fronts. From a client perspective, the BM should
own some of the client-relationship responsibilities in the form of
written correspondence, as well as verbal correspondence to help
build trust internally and externally.
